Question One: Who will be doing my work?
Each month we hire and train accountants who are college graduates with one to five years of business experience.   Working for us is a highly desirable position because unlike most outsource companies we allow our people to work during the daytime in India.  (Night time in the US)  We also pay better then other outsource firms.   This is possible because we are not running a ‘job shop’ where staff people work on the next project for the next customer.  Our people are ‘leased’ to one dedicated employer allowing higher productivity and better pay.

We train our accounting staff on QuickBooks and Excel but we will provide training for other types of accounting software if that is what you need.   You may lease as few as one employee. 

However our best productivity and cost savings occur when we can set up an entire accounting department for you.  This allows us to build a team of 5 people led by a Chartered Public Accountant (that’s equivalent to a CPA in the US).  The Chartered accountant then hand picks 4 younger college graduate accountants to work as a team for you.   The staff cross trains on your tasks so you never suffer an interruption of service in the event of an employee leaving or calling in sick.  

The best thing is that this team of five cost you between $6,495 a month up to $7,995 depending on the length of your commitment and the amount of customized training we need to provide.   Remember that is a turn key price for 5 full time employees – including hiring, training all overhead and benefits.   We even come to your office to help you set up our document management systems. Questions Two: How do we get tasks and documents to India and then manage the results?
For most of our customers – this is a hard part to imagine, until you see how we do it.    The process we use was actually started inside the US in 1998 when I could not find a good local bookkeeper.  I started outsourcing my own QuickBooks to a local CPA firm where we invented the work flow process.

Question Three: What does it cost?
As in any business this is a tough question because I don’t know the details of what you need.  So I will give you the highest prices we charge as a starting point.  

You may hire one leased employee for $1,400 a month – that works out to about $8 an hour.   Now remember that is a turn key price – we have already hired and trained accountants who are standing by right now.  So you will not pay hiring cost, overhead, computers, Internet, benefits, management fees and we include access to our paperless document management systems.  The $8 is a true burden rate for your India employee.  In the US most bookkeepers cause a burden rate of around $32 per hour total cost of employment.
