How it works - we build your India team for you.

With GSC you tell us what you need done and we build a team of one to twenty employees that are dedicated to you. Your employees work in our office, using our PC's and over head, under our supervision. But, they are full time staffers dedicated to your company. Who we hire and how we train them.

We do not hire ‘down stream.’ We only staff with Chartered Accountants (the British system of CPA) or at the very minimum college graduate accountants with at least one year ‘real life’ experience.

Before they work for you they also go through…
  • QuickBooks Pro Certification through Intuit (4 weeks)
  • Paperless Document Management and Work Flow (1 week)
  • Bookkeeping under US culture and guidelines (6 weeks)
  • Communication skills and American work ethics (1 week)
  • Tax return staff have completed specialized training.

Your staff people are top notch and ready to go. Many of them have been to the US to assist in transitioning outsourced books.
