With GSC you tell us what you need done and we build a team of one to twenty employees that are dedicated to you. Your employees work in our office, using our PC’s and over head, under our supervision. But, they are full time staffers dedicated to your company. This one to one relationship leads to far more productivity as your dedicated employees learn about your company and what you need them to do. You have complete control and communications of your staff.

• An accountant has 2 bookkeepers doing ‘write up’ work for 185 businesses.
• A retailer needed 6 programmers to build an order entry web site, but now only needs one for maintenance. By being flexible we grew and shrank to need.

The story of KC Truby and Global Staffing Connection

3 years ago, I was desperate to find a qualified bookkeeper for my training business in Wyoming. That same month my wife was in Bangalore training accountants on QuickBooks software. After a few days she realized how smart and dedicated her India accountants were and that with the Internet and secure document management systems we could outsource our bookkeeping to Bangalore. It worked.

Over the next year we got bookkeeping, web programming, data base programming in SQL and .NET, data entry, hand addressed envelopes for a first class mail campaign and telemarketing done by low cost, skilled people who were happy to have the work.

In 2004 we told other accountants about our discovery. Their interest, lead to the birth of GSC (Global Staffing Connection). In the past 2 years, with Cosmic, our partner in Bangalore, we have created a 200 desk office building staffed with data entry clerks, accountants, IT programmers and telephone sales people.
